Cancellation Policy

At the Indian Education Summit (accessible at https://india.isaevents.org), we organize professional events, conferences, summits, workshops, and related programs. To ensure smooth planning, venue coordination, speaker management, and operational execution, we follow a strict no-cancellation policy for all registrations and purchases made through our website.

Once a registration is successfully completed and payment is confirmed, it is considered final and non-cancellable. Requests for cancellation, modification, transfer, or substitution of registrations will not be accepted under any circumstances.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• Event registrations and delegate passes

• Conferences, summits, and conventions

• Workshops, panel discussions, and networking sessions

• Speaker sessions and special programs

• Digital or hybrid event access

• Any other services or offerings provided through  IES

Participants are advised to carefully review all event details, schedules, inclusions, pricing, and eligibility criteria before completing the registration process. By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this no-cancellation policy.

Cancellations will not be permitted for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of plans or personal circumstances

• Travel or accommodation issues

• Medical or health-related reasons

• Non-attendance or late arrival

• Work or scheduling conflicts

• Technical issues experienced by the participant

• Dissatisfaction due to expectations not aligned with event content

Failure to attend the event, either partially or fully, does not entitle the participant to cancel the registration or request any form of adjustment.

In the unlikely event that IES cancels, postpones, or reschedules an event due to operational reasons, force majeure conditions, or circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or public safety concerns), registered participants will be notified via official communication channels. Any resolution—such as rescheduling, event credits, or alternative arrangements—will be determined solely at the discretion of IES .

IES reserves the right to amend, update, or revise this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on the website.
